Printing Turnaround

Turnaround time always depends on the complexity and size of the print run.  We will give you an estimate of how soon a job can be ready for delivery or in the mail.

 

Digital jobs can be one or two working days and offset jobs can be in the same time-frame but frequently are more complex so expect delivery in 5 or so working days.  If delivery dates or in the mail dates are critical, you will need to discuss this before a job comes in.  Delay in approving proofs, incomplete files and reproofing may delay original delivery dates so review this carefully.  These sorts of delays can also result in additional charges for overtime to meet your dates.

Delivery

Generally, deliveries within a 15 mile radius of King of Prussia are free and will be by end of day unless this requirement is discussed in advance.  Smaller dollar orders for items like a box of business cards will be shipped UPS and shipping charges will be added to the invoice.  Freight charges will or may be added for deliveries outside the 15 mile radius.
